Every order ships free to the contiguous 48 states and Washington, DC. No minimums, no codes. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii and overseas military APO/FPO addresses ship for a flat $20. We don't ship to US territories yet.
Shipping
- Where we ship: All 50 US states, Washington, DC and military APO/FPO addresses. Not to US territories (for now).
- Processing time: Orders ship within 2 business days of purchase.
- Delivery time: Typically 2–6 business days after shipping.
- Tracking: You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Arrived broken?
Glass is delicate, even when it's packed with love. If anything arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damaged item and packaging. (We use specialized software to detect AI-generated or altered photos, and we do not tolerate fraud.) We'll make it right and send you a replacement.
Returns
- Return window: 14 days from the delivery date.
- Changed your mind? If you simply don't want your glass, return shipping is on you.
- Defective or broken? We'll make it right. If a glass arrives broken, we'll send you another one once you send proof (a photo) of the broken original. (We use specialized software to detect AI-generated or altered photos, and we do not tolerate fraud.) The 14-day window applies.
- Non-returnable: Personalized glasses can't be returned.
